This 25 acre master-planned community in Squamish resembles a “European style village” with 6 distinct communities and when complete will total over 400 homes. Eaglewind includes an 11 acre public park with tennis courts, lawn bowling, community gardens, playground, dog park and trails to Squamish’s estuary waterfront and also a Seniors Centre – both were dedicated back to the District of Squamish.

Completing all landscaping and the 11 acre Eaglewind Park with a 100 year storm detention facility, preserving forest land and natural vegetation, using infiltration swales and retention ponds with oil water separators, and also mitigating a drainage channel (464 meters) for trout and salmon spawning/rearing habitat, including releasing 200 coho salmon fish.

An innovative concept with a sophisticated designt. The unique and creative applications for signage were paired with a dramatic and eye-catching presentation with the use of stiking red, grey, black and white’s.

Bold and colorful custom brochure with an extensive use of large lifestyle and showhome photographs portrayed life as it will be at Dolce and its neighbourhood.

	Best Sales Centre Vita at Symphony Place – 2007 Georgie Awards
Designed to attract mature, urban professional, the colours chosen were dramatic with a design that mimicked the Vita brochure cover for continuity. The Centre included a stunning 9’ high custom millwork piece with the ‘Primavera’ image, 9-screen video wall display, large model display of project, glass offices and an ultra-luxurious, fully furnished 2 bedroom display suite.

Featured large front verandas, oversized covered rear decks, a community garden, all native landscaping throughout and featured fruit trees, nut trees, and edible berries. The exterior included thoughtful architectural details and colors carefully coordinated to create the feeling of a wider, traditional home rather than a tall and narrow townhome. The interiors were designed with an open layout, to be very space conscious and offer flexible living options.

Best Townhouse Development – Finalist Sunridge – 2005 Georgie Awards
Terraced landscape with private, enclosed yards with greenway walking trails that bordered Sunridge. Interiors included details such as bright, open floorplans with large window, TV ledges in the flex rooms to save space, no wasted space on hallways, double side by side garages, 3.5 bathrooms, and flex rooms.
