Eaglewind includes an 11 acre public park with tennis courts, lawn bowling, community gardens, playground, dog park and trails to Squamish’s estuary waterfront and also a Seniors Centre – both were dedicated back to the District of Squamish. |

| Completing all landscaping and the 11 acre Eaglewind Park with a 100 year storm detention facility, preserving forest land and natural vegetation, using infiltration swales and retention ponds with oil water separators, and also mitigating a drainage channel (464 meters) for trout and salmon spawning/rearing habitat, including releasing 200 coho salmon fish. |

| Designed to attract mature, urban professional, the colours chosen were dramatic with a design that mimicked the Vita brochure cover for continuity. The Centre included a stunning 9’ high custom millwork piece with the ‘Primavera’ image, 9-screen video wall display, large model display of project, glass offices and an ultra-luxurious, fully furnished 2 bedroom display suite. |
