    Solterra Development Corp., a leading Real Estate Developer in the Lower Mainland, is seeking a Sales Manager for a mini master-planned, boutique community located in the Surrey/Langley area.

    Strongly seeking an individual who has a proven track record of sales excellence, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and is a dedicated team player.

    This position will provide the unique opportunity to work with a cohesive, award-winning team and will offer extensive experience and knowledge of working in the ever-changing real estate market.


  • Solterra Development seeks an experienced, motivated on-site Sales Coordinator with a strong work ethic to join our team in the Surrey/Langley Area. The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Team in an administrative capacity, as well as:
    • Meeting, greeting prospects at our presentation centre
    • Proof reading, processing and maintenance of all offers of Purchase & Sale
    • Ensuring the display homes and presentation centre are immaculate
    • Participating in weekly sales meetings at the Head Office
    • Operating as a team player
    Please note: This position requires weekend work as well as access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.


  • Solterra Development is seeking a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative. The representative we are looking for will possess a strong work ethic, be proactive, personally confident and committed to working and contributing to a cohesive team environment. The candidate will ideally live in the Squamish/Whistler area and must have access to a vehicle.

    Some of the Sales Representatives responsibilities are:
    Lead generation:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new leads
    • Maintain and develop customer relationship by following up with potential leads on a regular basis
    • Timely follow up to all incoming leads and all customer inquiries
    Administration:
    • Maintaining a professional Presentation Centre and Display Home
    • Meeting and Greeting prospects at our Presentation Centre
    • Carding Prospects and entering them into our database
    • Putting up signs with balloons and taking them down at the end of each day
    • Contract administration, which includes but is not limited to entering contracts into our database, maintaining the onsite filing system and preparing files for written offers
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Active Real Estate License
    • Knowledge of Intersoft Database Systems
    • Strong Computer Skills
    • Real Estate Related Education

Sales:
  • Part-time Sales Manager – Surrey

Construction:
  • Site Superintendent – Abbotsford and Langley
