Before you move into your new Solterra home, a Solterra customer service representative and yourself will conduct an in-home orientation. During this orientation, you will do a thorough walk-through of your new home, room by room, and learn about all the new systems, appliances, and features. In addition, you will be given a detailed Homeowner's Manual containing all the pertinent information about stratas, maintenance, warranties and customer service. Our customer service department is here to ensure that moving into your home is an enjoyable and exciting experience.

Each Solterra home is covered by third party 2/5/10 warranty coverage for your added peace of mind. This warranty coverage provided by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada includes:
- Materials and Labour: 2 years
- Building Envelope: Five Years
- Structural Defects: Ten years
