Keefer Block

Keefer Block is rooted in the character and history of Vancouver’s Chinatown. Designed to reflect and respect its surroundings, the architecture draws on traditional forms and materials, reinterpreted through a more contemporary lens.

Located at the intersection of Main and Keefer, the building was conceived as a natural extension of the neighbourhood. A mix of homes and shared spaces support a strong sense of community, while thoughtful detailing and human scale reinforce a connection to place, culture, and everyday life.
